Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds & Returns for Incorrect Items
If you have received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the error. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@imagine-you.co.uk, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
We may ask for a photo of the item received and the packaging for verification purposes.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once your return is accepted and processed, we will issue a full refund. You can then place a new, separate order for the correct item.
This process helps us ensure accuracy and speed in getting you the right product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that some of our cosmetic packaging is made from mycelium, a natural, biodegradable material. As a living organism, mycelium can darken over time and may develop small holes or irregularities—this is a natural and expected part of its lifecycle and a sign of its authenticity and sustainability.
Because these characteristics are inherent to the material and do not affect the quality or safety of the product inside, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on the appearance of the packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@imagine-you.co.uk.
Exchanges are possible only if an identical item is available in stock or becomes available again. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly upon restocking.
If the exact item is no longer available at the time of the exchange, the customer may choose a similar product with comparable characteristics, or select a different product from our assortment. In this case, any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel the purchase and receive a refund equal to the value of the returned item.
Please note that due to the nature of cosmetic products, all items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange or refund.
