Recommended daily dose: Take one capsule three(3) times a week on alternate day’s.

Important Precautions & Warnings: Do not take Methylene Blue if taking medication for depression, for anti-anxiety or psychiatric medication to control your mental state, without first seeking the permission of your healthcare professional. Do not take if you are taking strong painkillers like opioids or codeine.

Some green/blue discoloration of urine may occur.
